First Day of Fall (2022)
What a day, the first day of Fall! It was a crisp 62° in Downtown Chicago today. I'm excited to be meeting personal goals and seeing positive change in my mental health. It's not something I thought about much during my 20's so it feels good to know life can get better. I haven't publically shared my progress from the new diet/lifestyle changes but I'm excited to be nearing a point where I will feel comfortable doing so. I've been thinking about my past lately, trying to put together patterns of my behavior so I can possibly escape them, to live a better life and be a better person.
